A particular internet radio station I used to listen to was hosted at Fanatical, Shoutcast @ 192kbps I think. It was one of the most stable internet radio stations I've ever listened to....
I haven't used them myself, but from everything I heard it's a good host. They're not in the US though, as far as I know.

I can't upload videos on Youtube/Vimeo because it's soft erotic. I think that ads give me some money for server. I review offers from this thread.
Vimeo has no problems at all with erotic content if it is only softcore.
Daily motion also allows adult content if not making mistake.
