That's long. If you have not had an update try ringing the number on Whois.
Although I've never used @GoodHosting's services, I get the impression that they do care about the quality of the service they offer and their customers. They also have a good reputation regarding giving credits due to delays or outages if they occur.
Manual deployments can doubtlessly be a huge hassle. However, it has it's advantages.
I'd take the 25% credit and keep the server if I were you.
