Create VPS on Kimsufi Core™ i5-2300 Server

I have recently bought a Kimsufi Dedicated server which has only one IP and I can't buy more IP's to this server. Can anyone help me to install and configure two VPS on this. I need to install cPanel on one VPS and enkompass on other VPS. I don't know how to configure it because there is only one IP available.
This is for a school project management system hosting.

I think you cannot.
This will not work, N2800 does not support VT-x, so only container virtualization works. Enkompass is windows based, but windows as vps requires vt-x support.

missed the enkompass , thought of putting openVZ for his cpanel though. With NAT config
OpenVZ is supported
But not interessant for enkompass.
I have another Dedicated which supports VT-x (Core i5 one from kimsufi) Can you help me to configure that one to full fill this requirement. I'm a novice to server administration.

Actually I do not want you to configure my server. Just asking for few guidelines to do so.

Oh. I'm extremely sorry. I was thinking that you were saying to outsource this configuration. Can you help me to build this two VPS. We are currently developing school library and university library management system which is a FOSS. So as a part of it. We do give them hosting for the system free of charge. That is the reason for this configuration.

Encompass is also EoL and won't run under OVZ.
First of all, you can't use cPanel and enkompass at a time on same IP because both of those will use Port 80, there is some possibility on reverse proxy etc but you should avoid that.
Anyone read this? If you don't have root access I don't think you can do it.
Virtualbox + phpVirtualbox + NAT should also run.

Can use that but install linux iso's if you want linux instead of windows. Proxmox is your best bet as a novice
