    I don't want to ignore the "we're aware your order is pending" message and open a ticket, but just in case this isn't normal: I placed an order that was covered by account credit and the invoice shows as unpaid, but with $0.00 due. Should I ticket about that or ignore it?

    The nodes are SSD. So unfortunately, no.
