    You don't even have a proper website, just the WHMCS portal. Nobody could be bothered to upload the logo of the company it seems. You don't use SSL, not even on the order, register or login pages.

    You guys should really take stuff more serious.

    I get that, but you should "fix" everything before you go live and start advertising your business. You only get a first impression once. Most people who decided not to do business with you right now, will probably never come back.

    @latzaf you asked what to do to make things better next time?

    1) Establish authority and choose a speaker for LET, currently you say one thing, your employees say another

    2) Make sure there are no grammar mistakes, that simply puts off proper english speakers

    3) Give as much details as possible about your company and your business operation

    4) Provide monthly payment for all of your plans, since investing payment for 1 year in a company that is 2 weeks old is simply not sane

    5) Go through numerous LET offers that went wrong and make sure you won't repeat the mistakes of the other new fly-by hosts

    6) Develop some custom design or at least buy a premium theme, if you can't get a web site design/development right it's not a good sign you can run an even more complicated operation like VPS hosting.

    I don't own a VPS hosting company so this is just my perspective as a customer :-)
