The video is not out of date, we recently made improvements to the OS reinstaller and we're adding other features to our portal that we're excited about, how ever you are correct Automated OS installs is something we've offered as a feature to our dedicated server clients for a while.

Very interesting. Mr. Mishan alleges that the complaints + most (or all) comments are from a competitor: he never named this alleged competitor, either.
@setupvps @k0nsl What transpired is pretty much public knowledge at this point, but suffice it to say, a client owed us a lot of money, got angry when we eventually turned off his equipment, and posted particularly malicious libel all over the internet. Client since came to an agreement with us and was able to retrieve his equipment. The other complaints about Ilan are either from the same individual or one particular competitor and are, for the most part, complete fabrications. Ilan has addressed these things publicly on his blog (though updated infrequently) at http://www.ilanmishan.com
