Perhaps this is defective of the order system, they should only sell the available stock, but in fact they oversell it, I've ordered on 25 June and 8 July, but got none.
they even don't respond my email & ticket anymore for many days...
When they make a refund, paypal doesn't give them back the full amount of fees paid. So these feels (30 cents) are a loss for OVH. So it is not in their best interest to take an order and later refund it.
so why they oversell the unavailable server?
ovh looks like a kid project
I got RBX4, instant access and setting up now.
Billing system error (as in, system wasn't 'holding' stock while people ordered, so more ordered and went into the backlog)? Expected more stock in the coming days but it didn't show up? Could be a ton of reasons. But it's definitely not in their best interest to sell product they don't have.
The way they conduct business it sure looks like it is. but i hope its just the kimsufi line that gets this lack ass support and care, maybe sys and ovh lines fare a bit better.
after 11 days i got the "display error" email.
Got the same email, guess I'll have to try again next time.
Yes, the others are better supported.

Is it normal i only got CPU frequency : 798.000 MHz for KS-2 or is there any configuration i missed?
@autoclick that's intel speedstep in action, it reduces the frequency to save power when the CPU is idle. It will automatically increase the frequency if you start using the CPU.
You could force it to run at the higher frequency this way:
it works thanks,is there any reference i can learn about that command?
I got the email that the server cant be delivered, i requested a refund..why is it taking so long?
Does anybody know what the actual hardware behind this is? Blades?

Neat, them flash drives though (or whatever those are).
Yeah USB flash drives, and that page mentions
Curiously enough, OVH seems to have offered NAS-based servers in the past (the photo is from 2007).
Interesting, I assume they quit doing it because it was probably way cheaper to just use USB drives. Wouldn't blame them though, don't see how they profit on those atoms haha.
Got an quite old disk.. ~10k power_on_hours.

Hello!
Just a quick question: I'd like to check out my ks-1's hdd's power on time. I've been searching the internet for the proper command, but haven't found it yet. Could someone please help me out?
[/off]
smartctl -a /dev/sda | grep Power
That's just over a year, which isn't really old at all.
