I'm think it's mostly D425 in BHS
I've already complained this with the previous order on 25 June
I ordered a KS2 today and got it delivered I guess in 3 hours.. RBX ofcourse..
It does seem they're (slowly) clearing a backlog of BHS KS-1 orders they received.
However, I did send them a polite email asking for an update on my order. Not sure whether it's a coincidence or not that my server was setup today.
Will check in a sec and post.
EDIT: It's a D425

My KS1 in BHS. Little slow to Asia, but everywhere else looks good.
the ks-1 BHS ordered in Jul 8 is also cancelled after about 10 days waiting.
no new excuse, same "display error in the website"

@yywudi I'm hoping they get more stock in Canada for KS-1 or 2. I'd probably order a couple of them
damn, it's scam, they are always lying...
Looks like they just got a batch of new D425 at France, they actually change the internal package name to sk9 and the description actually says D425 in the invoice this time.

what.......... after so many days and like, seriously?
I hope you could get that. actually I think they oversell the BHS ks-1 or 2 too much, maybe 3 or 4 servers available but they sold for 30~40 orders.
in fact, they are keeping oversell the servers, for example, currently have 5 servers available, they can sell out 50, so in the next 10 days, perhaps also have some expired servers become available, but still can't meet the demand, especially in BHS, so finally most of the orders will be cancelled, with the same excuse "display error in the website", the money in their hands, they have no any lose, even the refund will still need many days...
I think that's just the order limit. I'm sure they'd love to deliver those boxes, but just might not be able to deliver immediately. My guess is the current stock on KS 1 & 2 is just people who cancelled, so they're only selling what has been released.
from their statement, the refund may take even 20 days. my another BHS ks-1 order in Jun 25 and then be cancelled & refunded in Jul 4 but till now i still didn't see the refund back to my paypal.
have nothing to say for their support, mail communication in past weeks make no progress of the orders, all you can do is just waiting till they tell you what happen.
