oh really? my June 25th BHS order was already been cancelled but refund still not received in paypal.

absolutely, both france and bhs are all over-subscribed, but for france, because it always can restock quickly, so not so serious, but bhs have too few stock.

them D425 are pretty darn slow and annoying to be honest. that being said, they are pretty useless, unless you use it for storage.

if all the BHS ks-1 server come with D425 CPU, I would not wait till it's available, no matter its display error or ran out of CA ip

It was reported as GRA by the web service, but as we have seen in the past that's not always correct.
Using an availability script posted here a few pages back. It states which DC they have availability in, and whether it's high or low availability too.
EDIT: But I always seem to be in the shower or picking my nose when GRA ks-1's come around!
I'm not sure you can, all I see is the option for first slot available in Europe, or BHS.
The script I'm using emails me this on availability:
