I have 3 VPS and 1 dedi;
1x INIZ - KVM 512MB - Amsterdam, NL. My main one.
1x INIZ - OpenVZ 128MB - New York. Idle but running, I thought I'd use it to access Netflix.. but then Popcorn Time came along.
1x OVH - Classic 1GB - Roubaix, FR. Used as a personal VPN to bypass ISP's YouTube throttling
1x Kimsufi - KS-1 - Roubaix, FR. My only dedi, and it's a Tor relay node. It pushes out 100Mbps with unlimited bandwidth, I'm in love.
If anything, I should get a couple of storage VPS from Backupsy or VPSDime to regularly backup my main VPS. Besides that, if I ever manage to find another KS-1, I'll grab it ASAP.

Do Vultr charge extra for Windows, and can you use it without a serial as a trial (if MS still do that)?
There is no extra charge if you make your own iso with virtio drivers and upload it to vultr.
