"Too many" is my current answer. I spent a tad too much in the past few months, trimming down to just a couple dedis, a wable plan and some yearlies that I use for backup, VPN, testing, etc.
Got at least 40 at this point. More than I'd like are sitting around not doing a whole lot right now.
