I do not have the ButVM service, but i heard of it is because their Fiberhub router down.
It's alive! ALIVE!
Is IPv6 working? Mine isn't.
Why would nlayer be slabbing their routers...How would you slab a router?
Private IP's are used heavily in BGP sessions to protect them. The 192.168 there is probably nlayer<>cnservers. 198.12.14.106 is our router at CNS and the * * * * between would be the GRE's.

No, we couldn't see eachother ping wise.
As of right now it looks like it was a line card failure on Rob's end. He moved the GBIC around and either his router reset the ports to 'live' or he has 1- 2 ports in the same card that are bad.
Either way, I have to do some hardware ordering to make sure we have enough spare GBIC's.
Aldryic's writing an RFO and he'll send it out to everyone pretty quickly.
I'm off to bed.

God, 36 LET emails flew right into my inbox (due to them delivered together after the outage). Now I'm having a hard time deleting all of them.
Are you posting to increase your post count?
No, it is useless.
I've seen some of your posts, you are just posting to post, they're useless.
Ok, i noticed it and will post the valued information next time, thanks for your notice.
I used there LV location i like there Pure SSD disk but location was not good for me so i moved to there NJ location so far i am happy. Here is benchmark of their NJ openvz SSD-Cached vps.

LV down again? @Francisco
I think they announced some maintenance for replacing the router in LV.
I think so.
vpsboard is hosted on LV nodes and it seems down now.
Didn't get any emails.
This is what I love, professionalism in LowEnd providers. Problem arises, support have the intelligence and experience to troubleshoot and all was well within an hour or so.
The network is down for more than 1 hour now, and the uptime for the last 30 days is 99.55%.
I believe they send out email about the network downtime earlier, not sure if it's for this though can't remember the mentioned time frame.
and from twitter:
A reminder, Las Vegas maintenance starts in 20 minutes! Shouldn't take long at all (Fran's famous last words).
2:40 PM - 4 Jun 2014
seems over 1 hour now but for me, i dont care the difference ever 30mins down or 3 hours down...
Over 2 hours....
With such changes, shit happens, especially if you hurry.
It's up (It was down for 1 hour, 44 minutes and 38 seconds).
another route issue? main site/stallion/LV vps are down.
@Francisco is already working on it.
no route again...
-.-
Edit: Yay its backup and its 5am time for bed! I need to work on setting up some type of redundancy for Virtuaclub's website this afternoon. We have a substantially redundant cloud but lack of a redundant website. BuyVM down = site is down (No services affected)
Atleast Fran's DDoS protection works awesome.
Up
Another 1+ hour down time in 2 weeks.
It's been a fustercluck with the router.
As I mentioned in another thread, I already asked Rob about his older RX-8.
He had one that he replaced when he split his network so there's a good chance I'll just get that ASAP.
