    I get mostly close to 60 MB/s

  • You could at least have done a S.M.A.R.T. info dump to see if your drive has bad sectors so you could easly get another dedi/hdd, and why is LET always used as provider support helpdesk :S

What did you expected, when asking for a chargeback via Paypal?

Just wait for a response... Why did you do it in PP not via WHMCS?

PayPal dispute would be dealt with seperate to a normal ticket... If you go via CC, you will more than likely cost them money on top of your payment if you file a chargeback.

  • Go to your bank have them do a chargback as paypal is pointless as paypal are crooks.
