A /28 for a personal box?
Sent Jack a PM already... his box is certainly the most appealing so far.
Yes; I have justification... I could do 2x /29 if required.> @Zen said:
I'd also be interested in this, @jack let me know if you have any deals...
q8300, 8gb, 100mb port, 500gb disk @ £25-30 I think, he can RAID1 for £40/m.
That's in the UK right?
Yep.
Any other offers?

Additional IPv4 address - starting at 5,00 € / month
/29 - 6 useable IPv4-addresses 15,00 € / month
/28 - 14 useable IPv4-addresses 20,00 € / month
/27 - 30 useable IPv4-addresses 30,00 € / month
/26 - 62 useable IPv4-adaresses 40,00 € / month
I think these are pretty normal prices for IPv4 addresses in EU.
Not really better. :S
EUR15 - £12.33 - £2/IP ...
This, and I want a whole /28.
20,00 € / month.. :P
So EUR44.99/m for a Quad Core 1.5ghz box... think I'll pass.
I don't see anything wrong with that pricing, EU is pretty expensive as far as IPv4 addresses are concerned.Otherwise you could always take an X5150 from delimiter.
EU isn't that expensive...
£1/m IP in UK, EUR2/m in France, Germany and NL seems common...
In case you didn't notice this one is also a quad core

I did, your quote even shows I did.
ERU20 for IP + EUR24.99 for the box = EUR44.99.
It's the price for the box and the IPs.
Webtropia = 1 IPv4 5Euros they have there massive problems to get these, i would not buy there.
@wych - Delimiter's X5150? $20/mo + IPs /28 = $16 = $36/month (paid quarterly)
Look at openitc, I'm pretty sure I had a bit more beefy box at the same price so might be an idea to look there
Useful to know, thanks!
How about SoYouStart with pro usage? Allows up to 512 IP's I believe, and they're fine for personal usage.
Haha.
Not what I heard...
With "PRO use", you are entitled to 16 prefixes per server.
A "prefix" is a /32 (1 IPs), a /31 (2 IPs), /30 (4 IPs), /29 (8 IPs), /28 (16 IPs) and /27 (32 IPs).
The IPs cost €2 to €1/month (according to the size of the /).

OVH; But yeah...
http://www.soyoustart.com/en/offers/sys-e32-3.xml
Not gonna argue at what OVH said on the forum; I can see that myself.
Just consider the KS comes with none, and the product page on SYS says upto 16.
Well I can't compete with jack's price. That's crazy.
@wych, Do you have a budget in mind? Send us a message and I'll come up with a good option for you.
Cheap as chips as its just for personal testing and development, if the box is stable I would be moving my backup and backup mx there.
@Jack has offered me a box from £25-£40, if the spec is nice I can go a little over.
