Tracert not working under Window

Did anyone has similar experience that when trace in Windows, it will show final IP as every node?

    The only explanation I would currently have is that something in your network resets the IP's TTL value. What is your network setup?

  • I've never encountered this issue. It looks like you messed something up.

  • Probably some kind of dumb ICMP redirection going on (Windows tracert is ICMP) -- ask your ISP / network admin.

    Wifi - Verizon Router - Comcast Modem - Internet

    IPv6 Traceroute is OK but not IPv4. It happens before. I am on Windows 8
