iSky, if your security is not tight and you've been compromised, it's your fault. None of the hosting providers can provide such security. If you don't take any security measeures; which you told you don't in the other and other and other and other posts of yours, no one can protect you.
Also, I agree with @gattytto, pleasing customers is not that easy.
And I don't think customer is always right. I worked in IT for some years and no, god no they are not.
