I'm Sorry, Dave. I bought an SSD node and sold all the VPS for £1!
Hi Guys,
Not long ago Dave posted an offer without confirming any pricing with me so I've done the same to him and ordered some new hardware.
A little background info: For some time now I have been wanting to enter the SSD market but there was just no convincing him. Dave, if you're reading this we're now selling pure SSD VPS for pennies and you know what that means? The next few weeks will be beans on toast for you!
As the deed is done, there is no time limit on this one until we sell out. Help me convince Dave SSDs are the future.
This first SSD offering of ours is going to be OpenVZ but it's worth noting that unlike an estimated 90.01% of others on this website we are NOT overselling on RAM or Disk space: it is 100% dedicated. Tun/tap is supported. NAT/connection tracking currently is not but should be coming soon.

can i run tor or torrent?
Definitely a candidate for most creative offer post of the decade. Well played
The thread title is a little misleading, since customers need to pay annually to get the £1/month pricing - maybe you want to fix that?
We allow anything within UK and your local laws as long as it is not disruptive to other customers. You take full responsibility for anything from your IPs.
i'd love to see the very same offer but non-ssd. The Offer is great, might pick up one.
Hahahahaha! You're brilliant xD
Thats a different approach
More misleading than that... the title says he sold them all for £1, when in fact they're £1 each!
Are these at your NE5 DC?
what type of ur control panel
NE5 has moved to NE4
No, these are at RapidSwitch. Newcastle version in the coming weeks
Ah cool, didn't realise it was in NE4
OpenITC have their own custom control panel.
Sean uploaded a demo of it at: seanmcr.co.uk/new_vps_manager.avi
It works really, really well
is it 1,3 TB and 3,.14 TB ? cos i see 42TB on the 3rd one
I really need to update that with our current white theme!
The Golden ratio, Pi and the answer to life the universe and everything.
First time I got flagged
Well, that's new.
42tb sounds lovely
wut
Can't you guys just settle with my id?
I'll be using my verified paypal account too
tap/tun is not working -ticket sent-
edit: and iptables
Why not monthly payment?
Your Threads reminds of me of cartoon Tom and Jerry. But it is yet to know which one of you is TOM and which one is Jerry.
Just ordered but need to wait for manual review..
Fuck, ordered without reading the "Nat is not supported"
Its the OS images I think, I'm having the same issues.
Hi Guys,
I will fix tun/tap for you now.
Thanks Sean; Do I need to click again "Enable tun/tap" on the CP?
Should be working now guys, sorry about that
Can you upload some other centos OS images?
Should be available in a few days. I just need to implement means of ensuring a single user can't fill the conntrack table taking down the entire host node...
It certainly wouldn't do any harm!
