  • why oracle always using tata transit to other network, its dumb

Your mtr shows the jump from ~0.7ms to ~154ms right after Oracle's own hop 180.87.66.251, then it goes through TATA France. So Oracle is hauling the traffic out of Singapore and back, which is a routing issue on their side rather than the tunnel. Have you tried a different HE endpoint, like Hong Kong or Tokyo, to compare latency? It might also be worth pinging the HE SIN endpoint from a non-Oracle host to confirm.

    Thanked by 1HoshinoAya

i tried HongKong and Tokyo endpoint at oracle, same high ping
and non-oracle host's ping is normal, it might be oracle issue, maybe oracle only have TATA😡
