Cloudcone IP ptr issue over 20 days not settled.
One of my vps with cloudcone,which used for more than 6 years,from this month,the ptr is missing,I have submited a ticket for it,but until now,23 days passed,still no result.

Most of case,i got a reply like this:
The infrastructure team is still working on this issue, and we will update this ticket as soon as the rDNS record is propagating.
We understand the frustration caused by the delay and highly appreciate your patience!
For greencloud,they have same issue,but greencloud only takes half an hour to settle it.

Since this is a mail server, check both directions before waiting on the ticket: confirm the forward A record matches the IP and that
dig -xstill returns no PTR from an external resolver. If the provider's panel shows a PTR but public DNS does not, the record may be stuck in their provisioning queue rather than propagating. Ask support to confirm whether the IP block's reverse delegation is still assigned to CloudCone and to re-push the record instead of repeating the generic update. As a stopgap, route outbound mail through a host with a working PTR and matching forward record, so deliverability does not depend on this ticket alone.@Jalarihala
