Cloudcone IP ptr issue over 20 days not settled.
One of my vps with cloudcone,which used for more than 6 years,from this month,the ptr is missing,I have submited a ticket for it,but until now,23 days passed,still no result.

Most of case,i got a reply like this:
The infrastructure team is still working on this issue, and we will update this ticket as soon as the rDNS record is propagating.
We understand the frustration caused by the delay and highly appreciate your patience!
For greencloud,they have same issue,but greencloud only takes half an hour to settle it.
