DeluxHost: Forced logout after submitting ticket, completely locked out for 5 days
Hi everyone and @DeluxHost,
I am forced to post publicly here as a last resort. All private communication channels have failed, and I am currently trapped in an absurd support catch-22 with DeluxHost.
What really happened (This is NOT a simple "forgot password" issue):
1. Forced Logout Right After Ticket Submission:
5 days ago, I submitted a support ticket through the billing portal (billing.deluxhost.net). The moment the ticket was sent, my session was immediately dropped / force-logged out, and I could never log back in again.
2. I NEVER Changed My Password:
The password was saved and working fine. Since that forced logout, the portal continuously throws: "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again."
3. Tested Across Multiple Clean IPs & Proxies:
I have tested logging in from:
· Domestic home broadband & mobile 4G/5G data (with/without Cloudflare challenges);
· Multiple clean overseas IPs;
· Even proxying through the IP of the DeluxHost VPS itself !
Every single attempt failed identically. This proves it is NOT a local network/IP issue, but an issue on DeluxHost's side (such as an account lock, shadow-ban, or broken WHMCS authentication).
4. Password Reset is Completely Broken:
Using the "Forgot Password" function does not send any reset link or email to my registered inbox (checked spam as well).
5. The Absurd Support Loophole:
Two days ago, I received an automated email notification saying: "Your ticket has received a reply, please login to view."
How am I supposed to view the ticket reply when your billing portal force-logged me out, locked my access, and password reset doesn't deliver?!
6. Complete Radio Silence on All Channels:
· LET PM: I sent a private message on LowEndTalk to DeluxHost's rep, no answer.
· Email: I emailed [email protected], zero response for days.
My server is currently still running, but having my billing account completely locked out with broken authentication and no way to read ticket replies for nearly a week is unacceptable.
Account details for DeluxHost staff to verify:
· Registered Account Email: [[email protected]]
· Ticket ID: [TMVMESM3Q73X8]
Could someone from @DeluxHost please manually check my account status in WHMCS, fix the login access, and email me a working login/reset link?

Wow, that's a name I haven't heard in awhile. DeluxHost is one of those providers that you don't really think about because everything just works. I'm sure Matteo will get you sorted out
You must have been living in a cave or sth. In the last month, I have lost track of just how many complaints about DeluxHost.
Wait, seriously? That's not the DeluxHost that I know...
To be fair, they have thousands of customers. A few complaints here and there isn't necessarily reflective of the overall quality. Think about all those people who don't comment/review because their servers are just chugging along
I think posts like OP's are a little unreasonable. He got locked out of his account, sure. But all he's done is try to email support and DM @DeluxHost. He didn't even reply to the ticket that he can't access. You should try at least 3-6 forms of communication before complaining publicly
This happens. We had similar issues in the past but they are usually easy to fix.

Just to name a few. I am almost certain that there's some serious over-provisioning and internal issues going on.
also they warn you, it says right on the tin ''not suitable for any purposes''
Please tell me, what else can I do?That support ticket email was sent automatically by the system and explicitly says "no reply"—should I still respond to it? I assume someone would actually see it if I emailed their support address instead, right?
Make a scene here, push for a refund, and order from a decent provider
No, just accept that its happening and maybe cry a little
