DMs are the last place that gets a response. I don't check it unless I urge someone to write there.

Tickets and pre-sales questions are handled through tickets.

It looks really strange. You mean Lowendtalk users will have to discuss purchase questions through tickets on your website. Extremely strange rules.

I believe I had a pre-sales ticket unanswered from weeks ago but it's OK. I never got any single answer by DM.

Next you are going to say I need to read the provider's website for the FUP and Terms of Service. Why can't they just psychically read my mind and deliver the product to me without me doing anything

NP... I gave up my plan to make another purchase. I read your brain and enthusiasm to sell and support.

50% of the PMs I receive are people asking me to take a look at their ticket they opened 10 minutes ago.

The other 45% of the PMs I receive is people asking for a discount.

I don't know about you, but I'd be pretty annoyed as a customer if someone got quicker response times or better prices just because they sent a PM to someone on a forum.

I don't know what is so strange about treating people equally.

"Send me ticket # if you opened one."
"Please send ticket numbers in PM."
" If you have a open ticket you can try and pm me your ticket number"

a Solution would be don't let tickets end without a reply for too long. my 2cents

Brand new service. First time customer.

Requested a simple [full] "cPanel reseller to reseller migration" in subject. In the WHM login you have the transfer tool disabled for resellers.

Oct 28, 2026 2:25:09 AM Service Ordered (it took some time for service to show up as active)
    Oct 28, 2026 3:21:42 AM Ticket Opened
Oct 28 2026 11:36 PM HostBrr Replied [8 hours later]
Oct 29 2026 2:26 AM customer Replied [3 hours later]

Oct 30 2026 9:20 AM still no update [31 hours later]

One account wasn't migrated because you asked on your 11:36PM reply whether I wanted to overwrite an account on a brand new server (of course...it was a new server and asking for a full reseller migration). I responded within a few hours of being asked. And the ticket wasn't handled in what looks like 30+ hours later and still counting.

In this thread alone you've asked ticket# from people at least 3x, and then you wonder why you get DMed... You are the one encouraging ticket# posting/DMing.

The other 45% of the PMs I receive is people asking for a discount.

I asked IF you will make BF offers, got no replies. But it's OK, I found some other comments from you saying the prices won't get lower, which is absolutely fine!

Finally, you should probably add this in your signature: "DM will not be answered" so that at least you will get less of them. From my side I know now.

And I am already a customer by the way. Thank you for your service.

sarcasm. i'm very satisfied with Hostbrr service. happily running 4 multipurpose vps rn without any issues.

Do you have any storage VPS with them? What speed do you get on the HDD?

More than enough io numbers for static media\files\archives

What kind of caching do you have set up to get 20k iops at 4k? 1m numbers are quite decent, 100MB/s is good enough.

    tickets left unanswered?

i've contacted with Hostbrr administration via tickets many times.
yes, this is human-service and tickets wont be answered instantly/asap, but i'm always getting response within few hours or next day/two.

No, I just noticed this a few hours ago. Performance was not great in the past but this is extreme. I opened a ticket today. Last time I opened a ticket labze fixed it within 1 day.
