Hey, i’m sorry for the delays in responding to your tickets. I’ll look into them today, I haven’t had much time lately due to some things I’ve had to take care of, but don’t worry, I’ll help you out.

We've responded to the tickets you've reported, please let me know if anyone has been forgotten or still needs help.

I just have to ask this: why not just respond to all tickets? That way nobody is forgotten or needs help and you do not even have to ask. Your ticket queue should preferably be completely empty, then you do not have to ask on a forum to know which tickets to work on.

My vps's with you are working fine so I have no tickets, but I get a bit confused by how you are dealing with this.

All tickets are reviewed daily, however, it can occasionally happen that some go unanswered due to oversight or because they end up somewhere they shouldn't. Personally, I try to assist anyone who reaches out after having waited a long time without a resolution. While I am not part of the technical team, I am still able to handle these cases effectively.

  • The opening post says support has improved “substantially” and that most tickets are handled quickly. The comments here make that claim rather hard to reconcile with the actual customer experience.

One customer documented disk I/O freezes lasting 20–70 minutes, high CPU steal and packet loss across six VPSs. The migration had reportedly been approved, but still took a week and several reminders; during the moves, some VPSs were unreachable, and two came back unusable. To be fair, the disk issue was fixed and the migration was eventually carried out—but that is a rather different story from “most tickets are handled quickly.”

And now we have: tickets are reviewed daily, some may still be missed, and someone who isn’t on the technical team can nevertheless handle the cases “effectively.” So just to understand the workflow: customers provide the monitoring, identify the affected hosts, chase the ticket, and then a non-technical representative “handles” it?

That does sound effective—if by “effective” we mean “eventually gets enough attention after the customer has done most of the incident investigation.” Could you clarify who actually owns the technical work, and give customers concrete status updates and timelines instead of another round of reassurance?

They’re just scammers. A normal person wouldn’t exaggerate their abilities every day. In real life, people who live in their own fantasies and love to brag can’t make friends. Unfortunately, this service provider hasn’t recognized what’s wrong with them—or perhaps this is simply their nature.

  • Are these servers good for running swizzin setup?

We do our best to help everyone. Just because I’m not a technician doesn’t mean I lack the authority to intervene or that I shouldn’t get involved, if someone complains about issues that have remained unresolved for too long, which can happen, I take action to help. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that this is being taken advantage of, many tickets are only a few hours old, yet people write here expecting quick answers, even though that’s not how it should work.

There is certainly room for improvement, and further enhancements will follow this week, in light of the issues that have been reported to us, which are the primary reasons why people open a support ticket and ask for help.

In general, they have every right to do so. On your website, you compare yourself with other hosting providers. One of the comparison criteria is customer support, and you state that your response time is less than one hour

  • Waiting on a first response of a ticket for 4 days now.

DeluxHost VPS down for 2 days – No response from support

My DeluxHost VPS worked for about two weeks, but it's now been down for two days, and I still haven't received any response to my support ticket.

The control panel shows the VPS as stopped. When I click Start, it says the server has started successfully, but the VPS still doesn't work. 😂

So, the panel claims it's started, but I still can't use the server. Meanwhile, support seems to be completely ignoring my ticket.

My billing period is already 64% used, and the next renewal is approaching. I'm definitely not planning to renew if this is how they treat their customers.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but two days of downtime with no response from support is ridiculous.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with DeluxHost?

I don’t see any general downtime or issues, could it perhaps be related to the maintenance from a few days ago? Have you tried a restart? Alternatively, provide your ticket number and I can take a look.

The tickets are being solved this way:

Customer: VPS barely breathing, disk IO wait measure in seconds.
Support (in 3 days): Let me see....
Customer: Disk IO wait is still worse than floppy disk
Support (in 2 days): Check now, should be solved
Customer: Nothing changed, [measurements of the same issue]
Support (in 3 days): Should be working now
Customer: NOTHING DONE, SAME ISSUE PERSIST

... and this goes in circles.
