Cheap first-year prices often jump at renewal, so I'd check the renewal rate before buying any annual deal. Does anyone track which providers keep their renewal prices stable?

ps black friday deals for like under $10/yr or may be upto $12/yr in US/EU
Looking forward if any provider offers it.

my wish is more flexibility in what is offered... usually, the packages have too much ram and not enough cpu for my taste; i'd happily trade some gigs ram for an additional core or two

Actual "lifetime" deals would be great; quite a few providers did not honor the deals of the previous black friday.

A VDS is probably all I need for a game server. Greencloudvps has already provided a storage chicken and HostBilby from last year has been fantastic on the VPS front.
