Unless you post a a screenshot of your ticket first, explaining this issue, and then how you got denied refund to your original payment method, you are just another timewaster that came to cry on LET for $30 because of your own incompetence.

The provider might not even have ERC20. They might have your original payment on the original chain. I hope more providers will start banning you because you are just that type of person with "special assistance" when comes to refunds.

    @datapasa, my $2 please?

Someone please explain this illiterate african boy that I paid from TRC20 and there was no option to get refund to TRC20 thats why I selected ERC20
@datapasa pay him $2 bucks otherwise I will pay him from my laundered money ;)
Actually @luckypenguin I will pay your education cost, I love treating guys like you with love because of your mental state I understand. Sorry for that.

If the refund form did not offer TRC20, the simplest step would have been to mention it in the ticket. We would have sorted out a refund to the original network manually. A refund request to a different chain and address than the one used for payment is one of the signals our anti-fraud reacts to, which is part of why this case ended up in review.

Is it my mistake that you accept TRC20 payments but don’t offer refunds via TRC20? Anyone in their right mind would choose an alternative option if that were available.

But still some $2 guys @luckypenguin thinks I am laundering my 30 bucks.
And some host thinks I am carding. Like seriously wtf? Where are we heading towards specially in 2026 where Roadster in launched and here I am dealing with these retards..

Still got to agree with OP, why would a consumer assume to themselves they may be money laundering $30, and go and ask support that seems MORE suspicious?

You want your money back, most will take it in whatever form they can.

  • @LEBUserJoe said: You want your money back, most will take it in whatever form they can.

Let me figure the logic here, with my low IQ (according to you):

    1) Sign up for a yearly!!!LET offer
    2) Use a disposable email, because why not
    3) Try some crypto card, put "John Doe from Street 123" - because privacy
    4) Shit, I was flagged because of VPN and country mismatch, let's try crypto
    5) Well, that worked, let's try the server performance
    6) Fuck, my IP is blacklisted, I cannot "send cat pictures"
    7) Let's ask a refund for the entire year, because reasons
    8) No TRC20 in the refund options, YOLO, let's put my ERC20 instead, who cares
    9) Denied? WTF are those scammers! Let's open a drama thread on LET.

If you are supporting such behavior, you are probably not an extremely welcome customer
for many providers yourself. Show your alts here, don't be shy.

Actually not at all, and you're making wild assumptions.

Provider can refuse the refund via ToS, that's what it is he takes that risk doing what he does I never said it's without risk. My point was doing so is not unusual, or should be frowned upon those action's stated are very basic Opsec. Virtual cards exist in the none-crypto world, same as email aliases like Hide-my email from apple you are twisted these same principles used as a "horror" or "bad actor" tags assigned to it purely as it's associated with crypto that's where I think you are stupid.

My point here refund was an option, it was that option that caused the problem that's what I disagree with. State something do something nothing else.

but yes i do think you are low iq based on how you spend so much time on this i dont rly care

    Hi @IIMKIIVG,

Sorry the experience was frustrating. Some context for anyone reading this thread:

The verification request and the refund decision were not arbitrary. They were the result of a combination of factors on this specific order: the account was registered with a disposable email address, a card payment was declined and flagged by Stripe Radar, and the refund was requested to a third-party wallet instead of the original payment method. None of these alone would lead to this outcome, but together they match the patterns our risk checks are designed to catch, which is why the order went to manual review.

That said, we take the feedback seriously and will review our terms and how this case was handled.

Please send me a DM here on LET with the email address of your account so we can locate it and continue from there.

Interesting part is, I paid with crypto and asked for refund to crypto, Shame on you before lying.
No risky payment method was used to deposit.

Are you living in the EU? If so, a refund has to be made to the payment system you've used to pay your invoice if there's a legal reason for a refund.
