  If the refund form did not offer TRC20, the simplest step would have been to mention it in the ticket. We would have sorted out a refund to the original network manually. A refund request to a different chain and address than the one used for payment is one of the signals our anti-fraud reacts to, which is part of why this case ended up in review.

  Is it my mistake that you accept TRC20 payments but don’t offer refunds via TRC20? Anyone in their right mind would choose an alternative option if that were available.

  But still some $2 guys @luckypenguin thinks I am laundering my 30 bucks.
