To be honest, I can fully understand that an unscheduled maintenance might occur—that’s fine, @Servitro . However, it is unacceptable that the server subsequently fails to respond even to a ping—let alone allow an SSH connection—and that I’m seeing latency of over 2500ms, which makes it impossible to execute any commands via SSH due to the severe lag. Furthermore, the fact that one has to wait an eternity for a response or a resolution to a problem, even after submitting a support ticket, is, quite frankly, rather outrageous.
I never thought buying a VPS from Servitro would turn out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Honestly, I’ve made plenty of questionable decisions in my life, but somehow, paying for this VPS has managed to climb straight to the top of that list. Congratulations, Servitro. That’s genuinely impressive.
I paid for a service expecting, you know, an actual service. A VPS that works, delivers what was promised, and doesn’t make me question my life choices every time I need to use it. Apparently, that was asking for a little too much. Silly me for assuming that purchasing a VPS meant I would receive something reliable instead of an expensive lesson in disappointment.
At this point, I’m genuinely impressed by how consistently disappointing this experience has been. Every time I think things couldn’t possibly get any worse, Servitro somehow finds a way to surprise me. It’s almost like a premium feature at this point. Forget high availability, forget reliability, forget performance. The real feature is keeping customers entertained with an endless series of regrets.
I could have spent this money on literally anything else. A better VPS provider, a decent meal, or even just throwing the money into a fire. At least the fire would have provided some warmth and a tangible result. With Servitro, I’m paying for the privilege of wondering why I made this purchase in the first place.
The funniest part is that I actually trusted this service enough to give it a chance. That’s on me, I suppose. I should have known better than to expect a smooth experience from something that has turned out to be such a disappointment. Consider this a valuable reminder that cheap lessons are sometimes expensive, and sometimes the most expensive part of a VPS isn’t the monthly bill — it’s the regret that comes with it.
If there’s one thing Servitro has successfully delivered, it’s a strong motivation to look for another provider as soon as possible. So, thank you, Servitro, for this unforgettable experience. I’ll certainly remember it the next time I’m choosing a VPS provider — mostly as a reminder of what not to do.
10/10 regret. Would absolutely not recommend.
Yeah, it doesn't seems good.
Nice AI-generated text wall. I guess you're lucky one of the worst decisions you've ever made only cost like $12/yr, eh?
not really haha, i paid about $20
, just used as test VPS for my hobby project but got crushed by expectations
Would love to join the lottery.
@Servitro Do you have vps beihnd nat and offer some ipv4 ports(nat vps)?
It is with significant disappointment that I must share my recent experience with a particular service provider. I opted to test their advertised 4vCPU and 8GB RAM offering by purchasing a one-month subscription for $8 USD. Regrettably, more than a full week has elapsed since my payment, and I have yet to receive either a refund for the unused service or the server resources that were provisioned.
While I understand that occasional issues can arise, the primary source of my current dissatisfaction stems from the provider's response to my inquiries. I diligently awaited a resolution, only to have my support ticket abruptly closed without any substantive communication or resolution, not even an acknowledgment of the issue. The service is still showing active on their platform, a server that for all intents and purposes I don't know its IPV4 address. This action has exacerbated the situation and has led me to believe that a more cautionary approach is warranted.
Based on this firsthand encounter, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution. My personal experience has led me to recommend steering clear of this particular service provider. Please note that this assessment is purely based on my individual interaction and may not reflect the experiences of all users.
How the fuck is their patron status not suspended yet?
What for?
Mediocre service isn't a reason for suspension on a forum. The whole LET/LEB history is full of mediocre hosts. Some of them gained experience and improved, while others got deadpooled, etc.
But as long as there's nothing drastic going on and it's just occasional problems that more experienced hosts with bigger budgets avoid, that's really no reason to revoke a tag.
Write about your experience with the host so people know what to expect, and that's it. Let people decide for themselves who they want to be hosted with and who they don't.
Hello @Servitro
Since you don't respond to ticket for almost a week...
I haven't received the promised refund (SAI-812220) for my cancelled "steal" server.
It's fine to forget such things, just a reminder.
Thank you.
@Servitro when you get the time do respond to my dm as was requested.

Just launched a vps because lg test ip was fine and already got losses and horrible ping
@Servitro — Urgent Refund Request: Service Cancelled, Payment Not Refunded
I purchased a Virtual-1 VPS through your promotion on LowEndTalk.
Unfortunately, I experienced service disruptions and submitted a cancellation and refund request.
I have now received your official cancellation confirmation email. However, my payment has not been refunded, and my support ticket regarding the refund and compensation remains unanswered.
Your advertisement explicitly promises 24/7 support and a 7-day money-back guarantee.
I am requesting:
Confirmation of my full refund.
A clear refund processing timeline.
A response regarding compensation for the service downtime.
I can provide my invoice number, order number and support ticket ID privately to an authorized Servitro representative.
@Servitro, please respond and help resolve this issue. I would prefer an amicable resolution, but I may need to pursue a formal payment dispute if no solution is provided. I will update this thread once the matter has been resolve
@Servitro
I'm on the verge of suspending your provider tag again
If you want to avoid this, please show up and address the concerns of your customers
I think we should add a rule to the provider tag, tickets (plural, not isolated cases) unsolved/unanswered for more than 1-2 weeks to represent grounds for suspension/ban.
I don’t want to seem ungrateful, but I won something once, and then I never heard anything more about it. I’m assuming that the other winners haven’t heard anything either since the private message was sent.
A while ago, I was also thinking of becoming a customer because I was looking for a new server; today, I’m glad I didn’t become one.
I cancelled my VPS last week.
It hasn't been usable for anything most of the time, because of a massive steal and network issues.
The server got upgraded and the steal issue is gone, but the unstable network makes it completely unusable.
While the steal was 30-40%, Servitro replied the resources was almost sold and it would be upgraded some time sone, so I kind of expect they will oversell the upgraded server in the same way.
When I cancelled, I had an unanswered support ticket. I forgot to close it and they have replied today:
In other words, they didn't bother to check my VPS, because if they had, they would have found out it no longer exists. They just replied with a standard answer.
When I pay $20/year for a VPS, I don't expect same uptime and stability as a normal VPS, but when the VPS don't work most of the time, it isn't low-end, it's shit-end.
And shit-end isn't worth spending time on.
Hello,
I’m not ignoring the tickets. Our team has been busy resolving a network congestion issue that occurred a few days ago, which caused some delays in responses.
We responded to all pending tickets today. Over 80 users have already been compensated for the downtime, and we will respond to all remaining tickets by the end of today.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Everyone on LowEndTalk will also receive a response by the end of today. Our team is continuously working to assist everyone and resolve all pending issues as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
You're right but @Servitro has replied back in the thread today so I am sure he'll get around to us as well eventually.
Server7750 was reaching temperatures of 95°C, so we had to shut it down urgently to prevent potential hardware damage.
We are working on replacing the CPU and will perform hardware tests before bringing the server back online.
This may take a few hours, but we believe this will resolve the issue and prevent it from occurring again.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
I also understand everyone's frustration, including that of the giveaway winners regarding the delay. However, everyone will receive a response by the end of today.
We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the experience. Our team is actively working to resolve the issues, and we're also addressing the affected tickets and providing compensation where applicable. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
We understand your concern, and we're sorry for the instability you experienced during this period. Our team is investigating the underlying network issues and working to ensure stability going forward. We appreciate you sharing these monitoring results with us.
Unfortunately no
We sincerely apologize for the experience and the lack of communication regarding your issue. We’re reviewing your case to resolve the provisioning or refund issue as soon as possible. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
I understand your point, and I agree that customers should be able to share their experiences and decide for themselves. We're working to address the issues and improve our service, and we appreciate the feedback.> @lowendlurker said:
