    i purchased a vps from may and they dont answer tickets since may!!!
    my vps turns off after one or two week and the only way to recovery is reinstalling whole os!!!
    order id for checking! : Invoice #5650

    I know many folks here have been affected by the outage and I guess I'm one of the lucky ones whose VPS is still online. I understand the frustration, especially for those who have been down for weeks. I wanted to show the provider some support and I hope he gets things sorted out for everyone soon.

    I shouldn't have used the word "outage", probably technical issues affecting users VPS either down or inaccessible.

    Ok, for those, who's stuck with unbootable VPS with VirtFusion.

    You can try this:
    -Press "Boot"
    -Press "Power Off", but really fast, it will become inaccsessible after boot fails
    -Wait till powering off is complete
    -Press "Boot' again

    Unfortunately, there has been no meaningful response to my open support tickets. They reply when the ticket is first submitted, but then communication stops completely. On top of that, their Virtualizor panel is no
    longer working properly. This has made managing and troubleshooting the VPS extremely difficult.

    One of my three servers has been down for 16 hours now. No one is responding to my support ticket.
    As I’ve mentioned before, this is a good hosting provider—reliable, stable, with minimal downtime and great pricing. But that’s only true until a problem arises, because it will take them a very long time to resolve it.
