We currently have a large number of tickets. We will process all of them today. We are checking to see if any resources are available. If no resources are available, we will refund the full amount. We ask for your patience.

If orders are canceled, is the cancellation based on the order in which the orders were created or the order in which the payments were made?

We are trying to provide a server to every customer who topped up while we still had stock available (until approximately 12:40 p.m. German time). For all other customers, we will prioritize based on the time of their top-up and provide servers as long as resources are available. However, I don’t think we’ll be able to provide a server to every customer. We will issue a full refund to all customers who are unable to receive a server, crediting the amount back to their original payment method.

    Hi @berohost,

I attempted to make the payment at 12:36 PM German time, while stock was still available, but the payment failed because I didn't complete the verification in time.

The payment was successfully completed at 12:41 PM, just one minute after the approximate cutoff.

Could you please take my initial payment attempt into consideration when allocating servers?

    Thank you!

A score of 3000 in the single-core test is only possible on systems that are almost completely idle. A score of 2200 is a good result for a host system operating at normal load.

  • @berohost Hi , my order’s been showing as OFFLINE for over an hour now, and I haven’t heard back after submitting a support ticket.

i'm on a 6 core machine and the multi-core is less than this... @berohost doesn't this show quite a lot of congestion on host nodes? yeah empty node numbers are not expected but we're talking singlecore 3000 to <2300

the expected score is between 2100-2200. I have been running this server for 1 year and these GB6 are just inflation which will go down.

  • This YABS is from an old node, as you can see 128 days uptime.
This is what you should expect form an utilized node, that runs perfectly.
Every server/node scores go down after being fulfilled. Nothing new.

The problem is that people expect dedicated CPU resources in a shared environment.

the vps is on. i cannot reinstall it or shut it down

Same issue here, and SSH won't connect either, plus ping.pe shows 100% packet loss across all nodes worldwide.

    Exactly

I have already opened a ticket, but there has been no response yet. I'll also provide feedback here.

Were the ones that you posted briefly that between your servers (the real deal;)?

  • Simply allow them some time to configure the new servers. It’s not entirely clear why this should be done during the weekend, but perhaps it’s more convenient for the team this way.

My server and the looking glass IP.

  • For nearly 5 hours, the KVM couldn't be reinstalled and stopped responding. There was no ticket support or any kind of response at all. First of allNearly 5 hours, KVM won't reboot and stopped responding - no ticket support, no response at all. If you need to wait, please just let me know - that's not something I can't understand. But just staying silent is really hard to deal with
