I think there is enough evidence this is a scam provider and I honestly cannot understand why they are still allowed to do business here.

You cannot do that directly through trustpilot themselves but you can hire external experts who will do that for you, allegedly in violation of trustpilot's guidelines. There are tons of claims that some of those experts have close links to trustpilot.
NOTE: I can see you have become somewhat lazy lately, promptly retorting about stuff you don't know well and not researching what's needed to clear your doubts. You look a little naïve sometimes, you seem to trust entities that cannot be trusted and worse, you come in their defense. You should know better.
