Looking for a KVM VPS in Romania / EU – $30-40/year
I'm looking for a reliable VPS for testing and personal projects.
Budget: up to $30-40/year
Location: Romania preferred, but I'm also open to nearby EU locations
Virtualization: KVM
RAM: 4-6 GB
Storage: ~10 GB NVMe
Network: 1 Gbps uplink
I'm mainly looking for a provider with a decent reputation, good uptime and reasonable support. I understand this is a low-budget VPS, so I'm not expecting premium support or anything fancy, just something stable and reliable.

Thanks for the offer, but unfortunately it doesn't quite meet my requirements. Sorry!
You must try iHostArt. They have one of the best reputations on this forum, even though Calin is unfortunately no longer active. They are a paragon of stability and performance, your data will never be lost and you will find no better service.
Support is also amazing, they are well-known for their streamlined and stable billing system. Just make sure to pay in crypto, and buy yearly so you can pay a large amount -- if you pay a large amount over crypto you'll get a special surprise!

@lovelyserver If Amsterdam works for you, our LET Special has 2 vCPU on an AMD EPYC host, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB NVMe on a 2.5 Gbps port. It is 49 USD a year and renews at the same price, a bit above your budget but with far more disk than you asked for. Details are in our offer thread https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/221558
