We’re back with another regular restock of some of our existing DeluxHost promotional VPS offers.

Nothing revolutionary, just new availability across our Z and T Series, some selected Q Series stock, and our Storage VPS lineup.

Since our previous offer threads, however, there are a few things worth highlighting.

Our network has now been running behind PletX DDoS protection for several months, our Storage infrastructure has received further updates and improvements, and we have also made significant progress with our support response times.

As usual, these promotional VPS plans are mainly intended for testing, development, personal projects and normal non-critical workloads.

For business-critical services, important production environments or irreplaceable data, we always recommend appropriate redundancy and independent backups.

Thanks again to everyone who continues to use our services, report issues and give us feedback.

🛡️ NETWORK & DDoS PROTECTION

One of the biggest improvements to our infrastructure over the past months has been the continued use of PletX DDoS protection across the network.

After the network changes and mitigation work carried out earlier this year, PletX has now been protecting our infrastructure for several months and has become a stable part of the DeluxHost network.

The current setup has significantly improved our ability to absorb and handle attacks and abnormal traffic events compared with the situation before these changes.

Of course, no DDoS mitigation solution can guarantee that every possible attack will have absolutely zero impact, but overall the network is now operating from a considerably stronger and more stable foundation.

We continue to monitor routing, attack patterns and upstream behaviour and will keep making improvements where necessary.

All VPS infrastructure included in this thread is protected by PletX.

💾 STORAGE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS

We also want to highlight the progress made on our Storage VPS infrastructure.

Following the latest updates and work carried out on the Storage nodes, we have seen a clear improvement in day-to-day performance consistency, responsiveness and overall stability.

We know that Storage performance was one of the points discussed in previous threads, so improving the behaviour of these nodes has been an important focus for us.

The objective has never been to turn these plans into high-performance NVMe VPSs.

They remain capacity-focused services designed primarily for:

Backups
Archives
File storage
Large datasets
Other storage-oriented workloads

What has improved is the overall experience of using the platform for the workloads it is actually designed for.

The Storage infrastructure is also protected by PletX DDoS mitigation, and we will continue monitoring and tuning the nodes as usage grows.

💡 Storage VPS are still not recommended for heavy databases, consistently high disk-I/O workloads or CPU-intensive applications.

💬 SUPPORT IMPROVEMENTS

Another area where we have made significant progress over the last few weeks is support.

In previous threads we were very transparent about the delays we were experiencing. Our own customer satisfaction survey also showed very clearly that support was the area where our customers expected the most improvement.

We took that feedback seriously.

Over the last few weeks, we have worked on internal workflows, ticket handling and the way support requests are managed.

The difference today is substantial.

Most tickets are now handled quickly, and first response times in particular have improved significantly.

In many cases, customers now receive an initial response much faster than before, while the overall handling of tickets has also become more consistent.

We are happy with the progress made so far, but we are still actively looking for additional qualified technicians who can help us further strengthen the support team and maintain fast response times as we continue to grow.

There is still room for improvement, and we do not consider the work finished, but support is now in a much better position than it was before.
