    Thank you for your feedback.
We purchase genuine licenses in bulk from authorized partners, which allows us to offer them at this price.

We do not plan to offer $7-per-year plans; while other providers here may offer them, we do not, as we focus on quality. Although our services might seem expensive by comparison, our rates remain very affordable.

    You can check here: https://infrawire.net/fair-use
There aren't really any limits, as long as it isn't excessive or doesn't saturate our connections.

Please note that, by default, all plans come with a 10 Gbps port. Our offers initially list 1 Gbps, but on the infrastructure side we configure the ports at 10 Gbps. In the event of abusive usage, we throttle the connection to the speed stated in the plan. We are fairly generous in this regard.

The exception is Hong Kong, where the maximum speed is 1 Gbps.

It is unlimited—though not unmetered—under our fair use policy; basically, as long as you don't use the bandwidth abusively, you won't have any issues.

You shouldn't use the network constantly; however, as long as there is no continuous usage that could impact other clients or saturate the links, it is fine.

    How is “continuous usage” defined?
990 Mbps for 3599 seconds, idle for 1 second, is this continuous?

Yes, if you use it for an extended period, it’s considered excessive use, but we remain generous, as explained

On average, our users consistently utilize between 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps on our VPS instances—that is not an issue, provided our ports aren't saturated. However, if you continuously max out your VPS's port bandwidth for an extended period (4–5 hours), it will be considered excessive usage, and we will be forced to throttle the VPS.

    Can you match linveo pricing

Unfortunately not; our prices are already excellent given the quality we provide. We won't lower our prices, as doing so would compromise service quality—we rely on top-tier suppliers, networks, and data centers. We are already the most affordable option on the market; finding these price points across four locations is rare, and we are even adding more locations this month. I believe we are in a league of our own compared to the competition.
