Looking for the cheapest storage VPS.
I need at least 200 GB of storage. Performance does not need to be high.
Which provider offers the cheapest VPS with 200+ GB storage?

I wouldn't count 200 GB as storage vps
200 GB+ is what I’m looking for. 200 GB is my minimum requirement.
I think @DediRock has storage starting at 500gb which is pretty affordable. Not sure what stock is like right now.
Most HDD storage is sold in larger blocks than 200GB. But GreenCloud has HDD storage as small as 500GB for $25USD/yr
What's your use case? If you're just going to use it for NextCloud, I'd have a look at Hostbrr's storagebox options. You can install NextCloud through the DirectAdmin panel.
There's AlphaVPS @AlexBarakov Storage VPS. They're RAID-60 protected w/ an NVMe cache. You can get the 256GB plan for under $25/yr.

If you are ok with bad uptime and slow support, ya you are good.
80% uptime fine by me. I dont host anything
If hugging the swindler didn’t raise any red flags, I doubt bad uptime and slow support will be the thing that gets him.
The I/O performance, especially the HDD speeds, is honestly more concerning. You probably should’ve spent some of that time checking what other customers on the same package are saying and taking a good look at the YABS results. 😅
Sad, I just checked the recommendations in this thread and bought it instantly. Its only a $1.67/month package, but still, a dollar is a dollar. 😔

That is how they get you: the pricing. But if your target is just dumping backups or something similar, look into HostBrr StorageBox (FTP and rsync are available), as they offer a $7.70/year 500GB storage box; you can mount it or expose it via SFTP with rclone, then use Restic or some other app.
Right now, for backup, I'm trying out five different providers with five different approaches to find something stable and worthwhile.
Thanks for the suggestion. Ill suffer through a month of testing this one first, and if the I/O performance keeps driving me crazy, I’ll move to one of your suggested hosts. 😅
