It is easy to find people who complain, but often,when their problems are resolved,they certainly don't bother to write about it, similarly, those who have a good experience either can't be bothered or take it for granted and don't write anything at all, leaving only negative impressions behind.
But anyway, yes,support and many other things need to be improved.
