Advin Servers rolling out new Control Panel & Customer Portal named Ascienth.
The previous Control Panel were named Convoy. Which is also nice.
Dear ,
We are announcing some important changes to our billing portal and control panel systems. Please read this email in full, as it includes important changes that may impact your account.
We have been working on introducing a brand new control panel (Ascienth), which is now accessible at https://console.advinservers.com. This serves as a central hub where you can manage virtual private servers, create support tickets, pay invoices, add account credit, and more.
Important Alert
Website hosting plans, dedicated server plans, and software licenses will only be available from our legacy billing portal (https://clients.advinservers.com) until further notice, and will not yet be migrated to or accessible from our new console. If you have a website hosting, dedicated server, or software license subscription, you will not be subject to the deadline below and will be able to log into the legacy billing portal until further notice (we will send out emails at a later time).
If you are solely a virtual private server customer, please make sure that you are able to log in to the new portal at https://console.advinservers.com and that you have no trouble accessing it by November 1st, 2026. Once this deadline passes, you will no longer be able to log into the legacy billing portal. You will still have access to legacy payment methods, including Stripe, PayPal, and NowPayments (select accounts), for the foreseeable future, and you will soon be able to manage these payment methods in the new portal.
Account Credit Autopay
By default, all services have been set to automatically renew using account credit. If you would like to disable this, please access your virtual private server at https://console.advinservers.com, click on the server, and navigate to the Billing tab. Make sure that the slider to enable account credit usage is turned off.
If you have a lot of servers, you can change this setting in bulk by selecting your servers and clicking on the "Change Autopay" button.
Ordering a Virtual Private Server
Please note that virtual private servers must now be ordered through the new portal (https://console.advinservers.com) and can no longer be ordered through the legacy client area (https://clients.advinservers.com).
To order a virtual private server, floating IP address, or another service through the new console, you will need to deposit account credit first and then use those funds toward a service. There is a chance that those funds could be used to pay an existing overdue or unpaid invoice if the service related to that invoice has autopay from account credit enabled (see above on how to disable it).
Security Updates
We now enforce account verification when signing in. If you are signing in from a new IP address or device, you may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email. Please make sure that your email address is always up to date. Alternatively, you can enable 2FA (TOTP) authentication, which skips the need for email verification.
If you had a sub-user attached to your billing portal account, you will need to re-add them in the new console. The advantage of the new console is that you can add users with much more granular permissions and assign roles to them. Please see our documentation here.
If you need to change your email address, you can do so through the new portal here.
Stock Notifications
If you would like to receive stock notifications for any virtual private server or dedicated server products, please take a look at our new website here and click "Notify me" at the top right of either the VPS or Dedicated Server tab.
We will soon be retiring our ticket-based stock notification system in favor of this new system. Existing stock notifications for VPS products may not work properly until we port them over to the new system.
Feedback
If you have feedback about our new portal, please open a ticket about it. We can sometimes make changes that better cater to your use case and resolve issues that you may have identified.
We recommend that you take a look at our documentation here. We are working on adding more articles over the upcoming weeks.
Thank you for choosing Advin Servers!

Comments
Congrats @Advin
@advinservers = 🐐
Our $6/year chess special is still there.
Waiting the promised free server for testing Ascienth.
New websites look sick.
Performance of KVM Extreme line-up is also sick.
Is it Web Bros that own the hosting panels?
I wonder when in the last year they had an "oh shit" moment when they've realized they're going to lose their shirts on their acquisitions in web panels and is about to die a slow to fast death.
Nice to see more and more companies vibe coding their own custom control panel
Hopefully WebPros would be dead in 3 years
Got to use it today... Absolutely gorgeous, very functional and works great. Nice job @advinservers
The new panel is very good indeed
I love Advin, but just a warning: They comply with EDRs (Emergency Data Requests) voluntarily despite 18 U.S.C. § 2702 not requiring that, which means anyone with $200, an HF account, and no morals can access all your data with them.
I just noticed that after re-reading their law enforcement terms when signing up to the new panel.
You sure it was that easy and cheap? Mind blowing
I wonder if someone wants to spend $200 on me.
Often cheaper. You literally just need any .gov email address anywhere, and even script kiddies can find and hack a police mail server from an 8-cop department in the middle of nowhere and then sell access.
I don’t think it’s going to be slow. It’s too cheap and relatively easy to rollout. A full solus replacement is a weekend if you can write a thorough plan/spec.
I said it once, got shit on, and will say it again. In the year of our Lord 2026 there is no reason to pay anyone for vps panels.
Francisco
Don't forget the recent 2m federal cred leaks
We will take a look and re-evaluate this policy, but it's not mandatory for us to hand over data. Even if you had a government domain or domain of a police department and faked a request, it doesn't necessarily mean that we will always comply. I am doubtful there would ever be a situation where we would need to disclose data in that way, so we may consider removing the policy.
The new control panel has been in on and off development for the past 5 years. The virtual server provisioning/management portion is still based on our older Convoy panel, the main difference is that the frontend architecture has completely changed, the backend architecture has been more modernized, and we've recently integrated billing support (along with new virtual server management features).
Seems a quite nice panel, nice to see good use of AI and people that can understand the difference beween slopped shit and actual good taste. Congrats on the launch.
Also nice to see more and more companies moving away from WHMCS
The one thing I'd be interested in primarily sadly wasn't mentioned at all:
@advinservers, congrats on your new panel.
It's nice to see that your php is up-to-date, but I will recommend you to add
expose_php = Offto php.ini. Right now,X-Powered-By: php/8.5.11is added in the response headers. This is picked up by scripts/bots, is searchable, and it makes your panel a target when new php vulnerabilities are made public.
No one here need your usage to be honest so bye
But the terms allow you to, which means you could be fooled by a faked EDR. Those are easy to issue, especially if it seems realistic. I definitely think it's something you should remove. Even massive companies with large legal teams get tricked by fake EDRs, and they usually have experts to try to determine authenticity.
Vibecoded?
We do use some forms of AI assistance to accelerate certain portions of our development process. For example, they have been useful when prototyping functionality, working on CRUD actions, iterating on the frontend design, or when making documentation. All code is manually reviewed by a human before it makes it to a production environment. This is the reality for most companies working on large-scale projects today.
A lot of the original backend core has been retained from our original VPS panel before we launched the update, Convoy, which was made during a pre-AI era (2020/2021). The only major difference with this update is the integration with WHMCS, some new features like teams/bandwidth pooling, and backend/frontend refactoring to simplify the architecture. It is technically not an entirely new console, just a major update to Convoy that we've been working on for years now.
As a side note, we also now have a security program at https://docs.advinservers.com/information/bug-bounty which pays up to $1.5K for a critical vulnerability. This will be soon increased to a maximum of $3K. In addition, we are hoping to make the panel source available within the next few months (once we've cleaned up the codebase a bit), so you will soon be free to audit the codebase yourself.
I'm (personally) not really a big fan of AI and would rather go back to an era without them, but they have been undeniably helpful tools in certain aspects of the development process. The next few months of development time will likely be put toward code cleanup and we aren't pushing hard on adding new features.
We use Laravel/PHP (backend) and React (frontend).
@vitobotta might interested in this.
No mate, you gotta write it yourself by handwriting notes then he will allowed. LMFAO. What a chad.
See, this is how one is supposed to use AI in development. Not vibe-coding, but code review, working on the menial tasks, testing, ensuring that code matches documentation, etc. Not just asking a clanker to make something and then pushing each commit 12kloc at a time.
No, you gotta write code by hand.
Leave out the Lord part and probably won't get shit on. Well, there's probably contractors getting paid for vibe coding panels who may still shit on you.
I hope the in-house developed panels will lower costs and bring back some of the old Dallas promotions; I’ll be buying plenty of them.
Got 2 emails today from @advinservers and its important.
I quote the important part.
How's the uptime and performance for Johor VPS?
You can check individual hypervisor stats and it's history for each location and tier showing the node's uptime and the node's hardware along with CPU/RAM usage @ https://metrics.advinservers.com/.
You can also view overall location status and incidents @ https://status.advinservers.com/. However, this is their new status page so only recent incidents will be there I think.
