Has c-servers started deleting low-priced VPS instances?
I own two "NanoVPS-384 Low-Cost Special US" (US Xeon Gold VPS) instances: one purchased for $3.55 (36-month term) during a 50% off promotion, and the other bought at the regular price of $7.09 (36-month term). Now, c-servers has suddenly deleted the $3.55 VPS without any warning.

Chargeback yesterday.
You're too late ?
What's happening?
What is the due date for both servers?
Well known scam outfit.
$3.55 36 Month(s) 07/02/2026
$7.09 36 Month(s) 31/12/2025
Both dates are in past though
hmmm and ONE of the servers has been deleted! This is outrageous, isn't it?
P.S. I suspect he provided the dates when he bought the servers.
Sent the wrong thing; it should be
$3.55 36 Month(s) 07/02/2029
$7.09 36 Month(s) 31/12/2028
Both outside of the 120 / 180 day dispute window.
So, this situation is really frustrating. And since the annual fee for this service is less than $12, I’m not even eligible to submit a technical support ticket.
If they are doing this and you can prove it, you may not be able to raise a dispute but I would advise you write a detailed report and send it to the payment processor.
They may not dispute the payment but too many reports could see the processor take action anyway
looking forward to the highly-detailed overly-technical explanation for this heh.
Much earlier than that, yesterday would have been too late.
You can at least drop them an email, a server you've paid for should not just vanish.
The only VMs ever eliminated were the ones for the users that had executed fraud at Houston, Texas (Zeta.10), as described in March/April 2026 and sorted out at the time. That will most certainly include yours.
There are many dozens of VMs at that price that stay available and working at Zeta.10 Houston - therefore, implying that we are deleting any services by cost is wrong.
Good attempt to bring here some drama, though.
Considering hardware costs at the moment, the best choice for providers is either raise low-end services or simply terminate them.
What was the fraud? Something more serious than signing up with the name John Doe?
weird to only zap one of his two services if he's a fraudster.
However, this VPS was deleted within the past ten days.
The last email I received regarding that VPS was on September 17, confirming that the system had been successfully set up.
The VPS was actually purchased on July 2nd, making it impossible for the fraud you allege—supposedly committed in March or April—to have taken place; after all, one cannot be held responsible for something that never happened.
In that case, it's something different - probably something as simple as a database error (either at the WebStore or at the Portal, I'll have to check both to see where that has come from). Send me a PM with the customer details and I'll take it from there in around 12h/18h - if necessary, I'll compensate for the missing time, no problem.
The VPS I purchased on July 2 (priced at $3.55 with a 36-month term) has been flagged as fraudulent; this contradicts your previous statement that the relevant issues had been resolved between March and April 2026. This is particularly noteworthy given that another VPS I purchased on December 31, 2025 (originally priced at $7.09 with a 36-month term), remains secure and fully operational to this day.
I've already answered to your most recent information and I won't be answering this last message. Send me a PM and I'll take it from there.
C servers, huh. What does the C stand for?
With the attitude they're showing here I suppose it can only stand for something like:
Cavalier servers, since their support team sure likes to behave cavalierly
or is it
Cowboy servers, since their support team likes to behave as if still living in the old wild west
i think it stands for consistent.
You are reading the date wrong. You bought it the 7th february 2026.
(@alfatarsos, look at the screenshot again. He is lying.)
@angstrom
Wait, are you telling me there aren't 31 months in a year!?
