VPS with Ukraine IP but outside

I'm searching for a VPS with (virtual) Ukraine IP but in another country not far away. I need 1TB monthly bw, other specs not important.

    So an IP range geolocated to Ukraine on a VPS hosted in another country? Unlikely to find it.

    Yes. I have the same with Albanian IP so it could exist.

    @SKRIME I think they can change the IP geolocation for you if you ask.
