If I remember correctly, the original post was mentioned that previously pruchased 1C1G VPS are also eligible for upgrade, but they changed the words after an edit an hour later, then the provider denied all upgrade requests for previously purchased orders. They upgraded for invoice 800 and then denied 825 lol...

    Hi ihell,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! :)
We acknowledge that the original post contained an error regarding upgrade eligibility, which was subsequently corrected at 10:17 PM GMT+8.

To ensure fairness, we honored upgrade requests submitted before the correction was made. However, requests submitted after the edit are subject to the revised eligibility terms.

Your post was made at 10:47 PM GMT+8, approximately 30 minutes after the correction. Nevertheless, if you submitted your upgrade request before 10:17 PM GMT+8, we would be happy to honor it under the original terms.

This also explains why invoice #800 was approved for the upgrade, while invoice #825 was declined. The decisions were based on when the respective upgrade requests were submitted in relation to the correction, rather than the invoice numbers themselves.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the original wording and appreciate your understanding.

Given the admitted error in the original promotion wording and the subsequent change in upgrade eligibility, I no longer feel comfortable continuing the service. Since this VPS was only purchased 10 days ago, could you please cancel the service and issue a refund to the original payment method?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.
We understand your concerns and respect your decision.

Given the circumstances, we are happy to accommodate your cancellation request and offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused service period.

While promotional packages are generally non-refundable under our standard policy, we understand the circumstances surrounding this situation and are happy to make a special exception for you as a gesture of goodwill.

To proceed, kindly open a support ticket through our client area at https://billing.svr4u.com/ so our billing team can verify your service details and assist with the cancellation and refund process.

The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your billing cycle and processed to your original payment method, where supported.

Thank you for giving SVR4U a try. We sincerely appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

    Best regards,
    SVR4U Support Team

That is unfortunate. You don't happen to be able to surprise me with a special bandwith increase given the fancy order numer? :D
