  Apparently you have to reboot them from the Virtfusion dashboard. Not sure what that does to fix it.

  Sorry about this, there was some software updates applied that caused some issues with libvirt and it needed to be restarted.

  Yes, still doing double bandwidth. The discount will apply to the plan for any upgrades. There is no discount for doing annual payments though, it is just the monthly amount multiplied by 12.
