I'm hearing on the NANOG grapevine that Spamhaus put Cloudflare on their Don't Route Or Peer list, which is just hilarious.
Probably serves any ISP that follows that list right, to block half the internet and get endless customer complaints. Now they might stop using the list.

So far I haven't found anything better than iHostArt, but given the price bump and the fact that they just changed my 4 vCPU VPS into a 1 vCPU VPS for no reason (despite the renewal cost being $15/mo!), I'm definitely looking for alternatives.
And even that list isn't quite accurate! Tor uses a really crappy geoIP provider which is inaccurate much of the time, so a lot of the "US" relays are not even on the same continent. My current list, sorted by hostname which contains the provider and country code):

I opened a ticket already, so let's see if they respond to that first. Hopefully it's just a misconfiguration. I really hope they aren't trying to be sneaky by cutting everyone's cores down by 75%.
I don't think that should've happened, open a ticket. You're supposed to have 8GB Ram and 4 cores.
Yep I did. I do have 8 GB RAM but only one core now. My services are not happy being shoved onto a single core:
They seem to check geo of a particular ASN, I have a few US locations as well but they are not in US.
even with new orders, there would be 2 cores and 6gb ram for 10.69 euros

They just use the IPFire database which sucks compared to IPInfo. I think they just use raw geofeed data.

They had better honor the purchase I bought, at least until the next renewal period. Honestly, I'd be fine with a 2c6g system. But 1 core is simply not enough.
I think the migration was because they got newer hardware, switching from their old Xeon E5 to an EPYC. They weren't vulnerable to the Virtualizor compromise due to having updates turned off at the time (so they say). Either way, I hope it's just a bug.
Calin said they had to readd all the VPS's back manually, so I was assuming it had to do with that. But yes, the migration was a little bumpy.
I have no idea how much it costs, actually. I've been planning on tallying it up. Many are paid triennially so that I don't have to worry about renewing for a while. A few are even paid quinquennially. One is a lifetime deal from BF25, and four are free (three sponsorships and one lifetime VPS earned by finding bugs in Synteq's new panel as part of their beta program).

@forest Calin got back to me and said that due to the migration some VM's had their config changed. Affected customers can open a ticket and have their old config restored.
Yep he replied to my ticket too. He's gonna fix it.
