Tor-friendly VPS in Romania
I'm looking to buy two VPSes in Romania from a host that allows Tor exit relays. I am willing to use a reduced exit policy if needed. My budget is flexible.
Minimum specs for the first VPS:
- 1 vCPU (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 2 GB RAM
- 5 GB storage (any type)
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 100 Mbps
- Two IPv4 addresses
- $80/year when paid annually or triennially (flexible)
Minimum specs for the second VPS:
- 2 vCPUs (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 4 GB RAM
- 15 GB SSD and 300 GB HDD
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 100 Mbps
- One IPv4 address
- $120/year when paid annually or triennially (flexible)
Both VPSes must be on the same physical network and must be able to communicate directly. Dual-stack network strongly preferred. If there is IPv6, I'm willing to pay extra for a routed /48 on the first VPS.
