Products/services too cheap to be viable — a more mature provider may have the capacity to offer services cheaper or even at a loss to gain market share. A new provider might struggle with that, resulting in outages, overselling, etc. This happens a lot with “summer hosts”.

Why? Are you planning to start something new after selling your "estabished VPS business"?

if you can't spend the time to at least make it look like a human being had any input on your front page you aren't going to spend enough time so your servers work

yeh good point, but better having a frontend than not having any, and AI designs are getting better quite fast enough

oh yeh, this is very relevant to me,I can not burn money and so never gave dirt cheap offers + very bad at marketing :D

  • I always check provider's customer reviews ;)

Starting with low prices, or entering a market like LET when you’re not established, seems wrong from a business perspective. But once you’re established and have a mature service, it can be a good source of publicity.

a huge red flag is asking for shortcuts to being trusted.

    That is non negotiable,
also I am asking about what plays key role for trust? support, pricing, offer etc in that sense

    prolly ai support?

Lack of status page and incident history. If it's all 100% and little incident history, that's a flag too. Transparency and communication are more important than appearing to have great uptime.
