Established VPS Business for Sale

Hello all,

I’m exploring the full sale of an established VPS/RDP hosting business that has been operating for 3+ years. Infrastructure is rented on monthly basis and not owned.

The business is primarily focused on customers in the USA and Europe and has grown almost entirely through organic word of mouth, with no paid advertising historically.

The sale would include:

~240–260 active paying customers
~$46.8K TTM revenue
WHMCS billing/customer system
Existing VPS/RDP customer base
USA + Europe infrastructure
Website and associated assets
Operational processes and systems
Transition/support from the current owner

Payment mix:

~95% of customer payments are received via cryptocurrency
~5% are processed through Stripe

I currently operate the business myself with limited backend assistance, so the operation is relatively lean.

I’m primarily interested in speaking with existing hosting companies, VPS providers, or strategic buyers who can integrate the customer base into their existing infrastructure.

More detailed financial, customer and infrastructure information can be shared privately with serious interested parties.

    Not a host but open to discussing an investment, either in current business or if an established host buying this needs capital.

    yes and last month we hit 40-45% profit, support is like few hours a week so manually doing it, everything else is basically auto

    Static IPs would they cause an issue when migrating to another DC?

    yeh no issue in migration, can be done
    7x - 512GB US nodes
    1x - 768GB EU node

    You mention RDPs, what is your Microsoft licensing posture? Do you have an active SPLA or similar?

    We use Microsoft-supported BYOL, not SPLA — customers provide their own Windows license

    2. selling URL
    3. Total amount of CPU/RAM/Disk/IPv4/Bandwidth used
    4. Total Income across all contracts in monthly average across the last 12 months
    5. Contractduration structure and payment terms across the customerbase ( how many pay monthly, quaterly, semi-annual, annual, bi-annual, tri-annual )
    6. your selling price
