You can create another folder on the storage box saying backup-2 ... backup-n

You can sleep well at night that you have multiple redundant copies sitting on a jumbo storage box.

It's a lot faster! I like that a lot. I can't find the filters to test...

One thing that confuses me, though, is that FAQs are bit strange, since some don't make very much sense ("What's the difference between KVM and EPYC?" and "What's the performance difference between SSD and SATA?") or have wrong answers and describe services you don't sell anyway ("How is KVM different from OpenVZ?"). A lot of the FAQ entries are not actually specific to the product line they are under, either ("Are there any hidden fees?" which is only under one product).

Some other issues (sorry if I'm being nitpicky!):

When hovering over the locations under "Locations That Work for You", the cursor changes to indicate that they can be clicked, but clicking them doesn't do anything.
I also can't find the "live chat" that is advertised as a feature of the "Starter KVM" product line, nor any information about the advertised automatic failover (which seems like quite the enterprise feature for a low-cost line).
Unlike the other product lines, the "Budget Linux" line advertises dedicated cores (like a VDS), which seems unlikely for such a low price and will probably result in angry MJJs complaining about low but non-zero CPU steal.
There's nothing to indicate if a product is sold out. Everything I clicked led to a sold out WHMCS page.

I like how the navigation works, but I think the layout of the offers and the FAQs should be fixed up.

What I think would be best is to simplify it. Allow users to select what they need from within only a few small categories (e.g. "Standard", "Storage", "High-frequency" that loosely correspond to which node they get put on), with each parameter being independent. I.e. give an option for number of cores, amount of RAM, monthly bandwidth, storage size, etc.

I noticed that the ToS no longer has a blanket ban on Tor relays, instead only banning Tor exit relays. That's awesome!

You know what might be cool? If it could periodically read the VPS' journal and automatically email the customer if something unusual happens (e.g. the kernel is spitting out TCP port exhaustion warnings or systemd is frequently forcing cache flushes). Opt-in, of course, for privacy reasons.

I've actually been thinking of setting up a self-hosted Qwen LLM to do that for all my servers. Not to perform any actions, just to check the logs for anomalies and alert me if anything seems unusual.

This feature already exists in Solid AI. Since QA runs on every VM, you can simply adjust the settings and specify what you want Solid AI to monitor or queue and notify you about. It handles a wide range of tasks automatically.

For a Linux VPS with QEMU Guest Agent running, the agent could execute something equivalent to:

journalctl --since "10 minutes ago" \

The monitoring worker would then send only the relevant window or detected patterns to Solid AI. You can pretty much do everything with Solid AI, It's still in Beta, and we're continuing to refine and expand it.

Rather than using the guest agent, could the agent be made to listen over serial so the VPS can export the logs, rather than giving the agent any direct access to the VPS? I'd personally never allow an agent to execute commands directly on my VPS while it's in production, but if I'd love it if I could still benefit from AI analysis logs, performance metrics, etc.

Just imagine how useful it would be if the AI could receive the tail of the journal, or even custom statistics collected with diagnostic tools. It could read something like this over serial, provided by the VPS and not commanded by the agent:
