Rarecloud VPS is down for 2 weeks, their site is offline too
I have a Hong Kong vps with Rarecloud and it has been down for two weeks now. Noticed whenever I ran my ansible update playbook, the ssh connection times out. It has nothing running on it at the moment and i just shrugged it off as one of those Rarecloud moments. But this become annoying and I wanted to open a ticket yesterday and I noticed their site is offline, or perhaps not accessible to me. I checked it on two VPN connections (ironically one of it is a VPS i have with them ) and my phone's cellular network but they seems to be offline. Is something wrong with them? Any one has a clue? Or they also disappeared?

They are accessible from some places.
I suspect someone was unhappy with increased prices and launched large DDoS attack. So now there's really agressive filtering or something like that.
Can't access console either. Pitty. I was about to setup a year old idler. Oh well...
Not surprise if they do that, they look dodgy.

DE Datacenter Proxy is down for 24 hours now, but VPS is still up. For now...
I might if they keep the server online. Only because of the location.
Oh well, I will renew as well if they will be around still.
It's a bad service, bad support, bad uptime. But yeah, it's a rare location, and price from the BF sales is low af. And I've seen worse, tbh.
I'd understand anyone who's angry after getting VPS within new monetisation model tho.
Move on. Stop ask theme available back anymore.

Although I received a reply to my ticket after just an hour (stating that it had been forwarded), it took a total of 50 hours for the issue to be resolved.
