Rarecloud looked suspicious right from the start, when they ran the promo all my doubts vanished.

I'm pretty sure RareCloud does not allow Tor exits. I thought they were pretty strict with abuse.

@rarecloud RO-loc is extremely slow. Mikrotik OS images download at only a few hundred KB/s, and disk write speed is around 40 MB/s, which is about three times slower than with all of my other provide
