Tor-friendly VPS in Romania
I'm looking to buy two VPSes in Romania from a host that allows Tor exit relays. I am willing to use a reduced exit policy if needed. My budget is flexible.
Minimum specs for the first VPS:
- 1 vCPU (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 2 GB RAM
- 5 GB storage (any type)
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 100 Mbps
- Two IPv4 addresses
- $80/year when paid annually or triennially (flexible)
Minimum specs for the second VPS:
- 2 vCPUs (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 4 GB RAM
- 15 GB SSD and 300 GB HDD
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 100 Mbps
- One IPv4 address
- $120/year when paid annually or triennially (flexible)
Both VPSes must be on the same physical network and must be able to communicate directly. Dual-stack network strongly preferred. If there is IPv6, I'm willing to pay extra for a routed /48 on the first VPS.

Try m247.com or vps247.com they don't give a f*ck about what's on their network... most of the RO TOR relays are m247 anyway.

And as my compatriot here wrote, most of the "p2p/tor" junk is in their network in RO, so unless you do extensive abuse, you will be fine.
A full server is probably a tat overkill for that

TOR relays are generally allowed on our services if we don't see lots of unhandled abuse reports regarding that

In fact, I made this thread because I'm probably going to be moving off of iHostArt. They've not only bumped their (already fairly high) prices, but also discontinued their cheap storage box.
I think by "handling" it was meant preventing them, not just acknowledging and replying

Who sells small VPS instances on M247 IP networks?
VPS247.com, which I found through Google, appears to be a dead project. M247Global.com seems to offer only dedicated servers and larger projects through their sales department.
I just need a small VPS with around 2 vCPU cores and 1-2 GB of RAM.
P.S.
I do NOT need TOR exit nodes. I need M247 to handle these requests the same way they handle all other requests sent to the parent company: simply reply, "Your request has been forwarded to the customer," and provide no further information.

@rarecloud RO-loc is extremely slow. Mikrotik OS images download at only a few hundred KB/s, and disk write speed is around 40 MB/s, which is about three times slower than with all of my other providers.
HostMaze is (or was) an option. However, their network is slow and servers are old.
I'm pretty sure RareCloud does not allow Tor exits. I thought they were pretty strict with abuse.
So it looks like we need to work with M247 directly. They seem to be largely indifferent to abuse complaints. They simply forward the reports to the customer, and that is apparently the end of it.
However, M247 has moved away from the VPS business and now sells only dedicated servers directly, typically in the €300-500 price range. At least, that is what their sales department says when asked about purchasing a VPS. The VPS247.com website is no longer current and is expected to be shut down or restructured.
And yes, the M247 network is full of questionable traffic. I see 2-5 attacks per day against my website originating from their network. Apparently, the business model works something like this: M247 sells a dedicated server, someone sets up a VM host on it, then sells VM guests to other customers, and those VM guests end up generating all kinds of threats, attacks, and other malicious traffic across the Internet.
You submit an abuse report, receive a response saying, "We have forwarded this to our customer," and then nothing else happens.
That is actually what attracted me to them.
Or someone who uses their network. iHostArt uses their network, although not as a hardware or VPS reseller.
But how much will you trust a service that has this on their website.
