[WANTED] Long-term Anti-DDoS / IP Transit / Tunnel Partner (EU - Small Business Friendly)

I'm currently looking to build a long-term relationship with a reliable hosting or network provider. As a small, growing business, I need a dependable DDoS-protected network solution (via GRE tunnel or routed subnet) to protect our backend nodes (DE/FR).
Our traffic profile is mixed: general hosting, web applications, VPS clients, as well as latency-sensitive UDP traffic (game servers). We are looking for a partner with serious edge mitigation (multi-layered/Anycast scrubbing pipelines) that can handle high-PPS floods and volumetric traffic smoothly without causing packet loss or false positives for legitimate users.
What I'm looking for:
- Delivery: GRE tunnel or routed subnet to backend (EU: Germany/France preferred, NL/UK also considered).
- IP Space:
/27(32 IPs). - Traffic: ~100 Mbps clean traffic commit (mostly outbound).
- Filtering & Features: Robust L3/L4 mitigation, stateful UDP filtering, and low jitter.
- Control & Monitoring: Access to an analytics dashboard (attack telemetry/graphs) and a functional API for basic rule/firewall management.
- Budget: Small Business friendly rates.
Since I'm looking for a sustainable long-term partnership rather than a one-off quick fix, fair pricing and stable network quality are key.

Since you mention UDP is there a reason you are sending it back to the DDoS mitigation provider in the first place?
We can allocate a routed service from within our subnet (its called network protection on our end) however its something we have only offered to a few customers so far.

We are actually looking for symmetric routing where both inbound and outbound pass through the protection, mainly to fully conceal our backend infrastructure and simplify client routing (especially for our VPS/game instances). As well, Hetzner don't allow DSR.
Since you mentioned you can allocate a routed service from your subnet, I’d be very interested in learning more about how that works, what the latency looks like to DE/FR, and what the pricing would be for a /27 with ~100 Mbps clean traffic or more depends your offer. About your network, API, Panel and other stuff.

Directly through PletX, it's too pricey. Going through a provider works, though. Just wondering if there are any other options.
I don't think Pletx is expensive; when I tested it specifically back in April the price was €150 for both inbound and outbound traffic. If that price is still the same, I don't consider it high, especially compared to others like Voxility, which charges $2,000 a month
I think I’ve tested every anti-DDoS provider out there and spent a lot of money on these tests; eventually, I found a perfect provider. If you're interested, send me a message and we can test whatever you need.

Fair point if you only compare per-Mbps transit pricing, but that’s not what this is. The price covers the /27 (32 IPv4 addresses) he asked for, the GRE tunnel, always-on scrubbing with no per-attack fees and direct support. Clean traffic is the smallest part of it, and per-Mbps pricing drops quickly with higher volume.
Still think it's outrageously priced, congrats you threw in 32 IPV4 with a retail cost to you of what? 0.40$/month rental? mayve $20/IP purchases? I don't see it making up more than 10% of that 100 EURO pal.
