[WANTED] Long-term Anti-DDoS / IP Transit / Tunnel Partner (EU - Small Business Friendly)

I'm currently looking to build a long-term relationship with a reliable hosting or network provider. As a small, growing business, I need a dependable DDoS-protected network solution (via GRE tunnel or routed subnet) to protect our backend nodes (DE/FR).

Our traffic profile is mixed: general hosting, web applications, VPS clients, as well as latency-sensitive UDP traffic (game servers). We are looking for a partner with serious edge mitigation (multi-layered/Anycast scrubbing pipelines) that can handle high-PPS floods and volumetric traffic smoothly without causing packet loss or false positives for legitimate users.

What I'm looking for:

Delivery: GRE tunnel or routed subnet to backend (EU: Germany/France preferred, NL/UK also considered).
IP Space: /27 (32 IPs).
Traffic: ~100 Mbps clean traffic commit (mostly outbound).
Filtering & Features: Robust L3/L4 mitigation, stateful UDP filtering, and low jitter.
Control & Monitoring: Access to an analytics dashboard (attack telemetry/graphs) and a functional API for basic rule/firewall management.
Budget: Small Business friendly rates.

Since I'm looking for a sustainable long-term partnership rather than a one-off quick fix, fair pricing and stable network quality are key.
